As you will all be aware, the cost of living is on the rise again in 2022.

At Pym & Wildsmith, we are a small, family-owned company and we strive to look after the life of our business; our employees.

As part of this commitment and in conjunction with the national living wage increase, we have made an additional uplift to pay rates across the company so that all employees are now paid more than the national living wage, with an average pay increase of 12% across our production roles.

We aren’t going to stop there, and will continually look for ways to improve the quality of life for everyone at Pym & Wildsmith.
