At Pym & Wildsmith we have our own dedicated quality control team to ensure that all of our work meets our promises to the customer. By checking the product at every stage of the process, it allows us to maintain a higher standard than would be possible otherwise. Our process involves digital measurements of coating depth to ensure a consistent finish over different products, in addition to a visual checking process at several stages throughout the process.
Every staff member receives comprehensive training on our ISO standards, safety procedures and general business operations. Plus, some of our staff members are entirely dedicated to quality control. This means that their only job is to make sure our customers are receiving a compliant product.
