We are delighted to announce the appointment of Phil Warren as our new Managing Director here at Pym & Wildsmith from Monday 8th April 2024.

Phil joins us with a wealth of leadership experience from his roles within the fenestration industry over the last 30 years, offering broad manufacturing knowledge and excellent commercial awareness.

As our new Managing Director, Phil will work with the existing team to develop and enhance our long-term strategic plans and will lead Pym & Wildsmith into this next chapter on our company’s journey.

Commenting on the appointment following her integral part in the recruitment process, our Independent Trustee and Chair of the Trust Board, Lisa Fryer, said;
