We will put the components through any necessary preliminary treatments so that any previous treatments or residue has completely gone from the surface. Once this has been done, we place the component – depending on its size – onto a track before being plunged into a tank of various washes and pre-treatment before the e-coat paint. This method means that your parts will have optimum coverage including all the hard-to-reach areas such as bends and cavities. The parts are then taken out of the tank and cured through the oven.
